CADBURY SENIOR LIFESTYLES - LEWES
Under the terms of its Charter, a majority of the members of Cadbury At Lewes' Board must be members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). The following individuals are officers and members of the Board of Directors of Cadbury Senior Lifestyles - Lewes. None of these individuals have any equity or beneficial interest in Cadbury Senior Lifestyles - Lewes.
Laura Deckmann, Chairperson - Mrs. Laura Shevzoff Deckmann graduated from the University of Michigan earning a Bachelors degree with a double major in Russian and Eastern European Studies and International Comparative Political Science. Laura worked as a liaison between Soviet Ministries and US companies looking to set up "joint ventures". After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Laura worked to identify viable business for foreign investment. Some of her major accomplishments include a casino/night club restaurant complex in Moscow, a water park in Sochi and other efforts. Laura retired in 1995 and resides in Milton with her two children and her husband who is a gastroenterologist at Beebe Medical Center.
Richard S. Grier-Reynolds, Vice Chairperson - Mr. Grier-Reynolds, retired former Distinguished Teacher and Head of the History/Social Science Department at Wilmington Friends School in Wilmington, Delaware is also an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program Site Visitor/Consultant. Mr. Grier-Reynolds is an involved Board Member to various community and Quaker related organizations.
Allison Richards - Mrs. Richards a life-long Quaker and presently Treasurer of Camden Friends Meeting is a retired Latin teacher from Caesar Rodney High School in Camden, Delaware and volunteers extensively in the community.
William C. Probsting - Mr. Probsting is a graduaate of The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and English. He is certified to teach elementary and secondary education and has accumulated numerous graduate credits in mathematics and science. He recently retired as the Headmaster of Westfield Friends School and is a member of Westfield Friends Meeting. He sits on several non-profit boards.
Lance W. Billingsley - Mr. Billingsley is a retired attorney and served on the Board of Regents, University System of Maryland and held many other appointed/elective offices on a number of other boards. He is a member of the Camden Monthly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. He and his wife reside in Rehoboth Beach.
William J. Gehron - Mr. Gehron is a graduate of Williams College. He is a veteran of WWII and the Korean War serving in both as a commissioned officer. His civilian service includes stints at Carnegie's Endowment for International Peace, President Eisenhower's White House, JFK's Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, and as a Foreign Service Officer in the Department of State's Bureau of European Affairs, retiring in 1958. Rehired by State, he servied as a Senior Reviewer in its Freedom of Information Program until his final retirement in 2007, the year he and his wife, Pat, moved to Cadbury. They have three children and four grandchildren.
Victor D. Amey, President and CEO - Mr. Vic Amey has been President and CEO of Cadbury Senior Services since 1994. Prior to joining Cadbury at Cherry Hill, Mr. Amey spent 20 years in acute care hospital administration. He is a licensed nursing home administrator, a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, and a former Continuing Care Accreditation Commission evaluator. He has served on the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) House of Delegates and also on the Boards of the New Jersey Association of Homes and Services (NJAHSA) and Friends Services for the Aging (FSA). He obtained his Bachelors Degree from Olivet College in Michigan and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
